Once Again, France Will Vote on Piracy

A French “three strikes” plan for digital piracy is getting its second chance. The government of President Nicolas Sarkozy last week revived a proposal to crack down on online piracy by cutting off the Internet connections of people who ignored two warnings to stop unauthorized downloads of copyrighted movies and music.
