China: YouTube Again Accessible

The Chinese government has lifted its block of YouTube, the popular video-sharing Web site run by Google, reports The New York Times.

China is reported to have blocked the YouTube video-sharing website because it has been carrying video of soldiers beating monks and other Tibetans.
