Hollywood whining about illegal streaming again

ANGRY%20FACE-1.gif An article from the IHT on Hollywood whining about online piracy.

What the article doesn't say - though I don't have the figures to back this up - is that piracy is mostly fueled by European and Asian viewers who are watching illegal content because they DON'T have the option to access legal content. Content from networks or legal channels like Hulu are blocked to any computer outside the US.

FIX the copyright issues with your foreign distributors so we can watch legally too. We would even pay to watch. Many are now paying illegal video sharing websites - like Megavideo, one of the most visited sites on the Internet - not even on some industry specialists radar - to watch TV series without being interrupted.

It's as simple as that. Good grief. What's taking so long?
