Interpol pokes Youtube

According to The Inquirer, Interpol is using YouTube to run footage of crimes in a hope that people will be able to help them track the criminals.

quotemarksright.jpgDimitrios Souxes, a criminal intelligence officer based at the agency's Lyon headquarters said that such sites are successful. Police have to follow developments otherwise they will be overcome and we will be outdated.

So far Interpol has already nabbed two prolific paedophiles after unprecented public appeals netted hundreds of tip-offs. The site has video clips of Rwandan war criminals on Facebook, Myspace and Youtube. quotesmarksleft.jpg
