Violent or explicit YouTube videos 'must carry warnings'

YouTube should display warnings on video clips which include swearing, sex or violence, a UK government minister has said, reports The Telegraph.

"Andy Burnham, the Culture Secretary, said video sharing websites, like YouTube, should be subject to the same controls as broadcasters. “If a clip on YouTube gets a million hits, it is akin to broadcasting,” he said.
