VAEmergency Channel launched on YouTube

The Virginia Department of Emergency Management has launched a VAEmergency Channel on video-sharing Web site YouTube.

The channel will provide public service announcements from Gov. Tim Kaine and has the potential to provide critical information to the public during emergencies, the department announced Wednesday.
