Jokela High School massacre warning on YouTube
The internet has been ablaze this mornings with updates on the Finnish high school shooting which happened today, with all roads leading to YouTube. At least seven people died.
It appears the boy who committed the murders set up a YouTube channel just two weeks ago, and has since added 89 videos, with titles such as 'Just testing my gun' and 'antisocial aggression' (both these titles have been removed).
The latest one, and the most disturbing, is entitled 'Jokela High School Massacre - 11/7/2007' which was added yesterday and features pictures of the high school, and a boy standing with a gun pointed towards the camera.
A look at the profile of the person who calls himself Sturmgeist89 reveals that he regarded himself as an 'social darwinist' who would 'eliminate all who I see unfit".
Among the videos posted include a tribute to Columbine killer Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, a tribute to US terrorist the Unabomber, a selection of scenes from Schindler's List in which Jews are tortured and killed and a post glorifying the last days of the Twin Towers.
