Neiman Marcus Marks 100th Birthday by Targeting YouTube Viewers

neiman.gif neimanmarcusyoutue.gif Neiman Marcus, the luxury retailer that sells $16,000 crocodile purses, will mark its 100th birthday on YouTube, reports Bloomberg.

"Neiman's former Chief Executive Officer Richard Marcus and designers such as Georgio Armani will discuss the company in six four-minute clips airing today on YoutTube.

The Neiman deal is part of an effort by YouTube to expand advertising sales.

The first of Neiman's documentary-style videos will be featured on YouTube's home page. After watching that clip, users can visit a Neiman page, hosted by YouTube , to see the other five videos. The companies didn't disclose the financial terms of their agreement."
