French television on European version of YouTube

France Télévisions has started negociating with Google to broadcast some of their content on a European version of YouTube.

France will act as a test market for this European version. The agreement would be non exclusive. France Télévisions is also considering extending their broadcasts to other video sharing sites such as Dailymotion.
