Apple's share of US mobile phone market grows to 18.5%

A new survey of U.S. mobile subscribers has found that Apple's iPhone continues to take a larger share of the overall market and is now at 18.5 percent, putting it ahead of LG, which fell to 17.5 percent in November.

Samsung, is still the leader with a 26.9 percent share of the market.
