New 'Girls' Trailer: When Texting Goes Too Far

If there’s one great but not-so-obvious lesson to be learned from HBO’s show Girls, it’s the romantic pitfalls that technology opens up for its twentysomething New Yorkers. Wired reports.

Judging by this new trailer, it looks like he will soon become far more responsive than she bargained for (or wanted), e-mailing her a video of himself singing the worst heart-break song of all time (“Standing outside, you destroyed my heart. Thanks.”) and sending up-to-the-second texts like “I’m downstairs” and “I saw you turn your lights off.”quotesmarksleft.jpg
