SETI app taps your smartphone to hunt for E.T.

The SETI Institute, who's mission is to explore, understand and explain the origin, nature and prevalence of life in the universe, is launching an app to help reach out to extraterrestrial life.

The SetiQuest Explorer app runs on Android 2.2 but will be available on the iPhone this summer.
