GEICO expands insurance market via mobile
Berkshire Hathaway’s GEICO is expanding its mobile insurance market by letting consumers pay their auto insurance bill via an iPad and Android application. Mobile Commerce Daily reports.
The GEICO GloveBox application gives users access to their insurance services. In addition, the application is available for Apple’s iPhone.
In addition to auto insurance, GEICO offers customers insurance products on motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and mobile homes.
Users can report an accident or contact GEICO Claims via the Accident Help feature or find nearby towing and gas stations via the Roadside Service feature.
Additionally, users can search for taxis or rental cars by entering their street address or ZIP code.
