Medvedev and Obama to shape world policy by text message?

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his US counterpart Barack Obama want to discuss future policies by e- mail and text message, state news agency Ria Novosti reported Wednesday, according to Earth Times.

Obama reportedly made the proposal and Medvedev agreed.

"It takes too long for messages between Washington and Moscow to be printed and brought to us by our staff," Medvedev said in a discussion on the fringes of this week's nuclear summit in Washington.
