Free yourself from oppression by technology
An interesting read in New Scientist on how a fast paced connected and gadget filled life does not bring happiness. Nothing that has not been said before, but I like the term "The age of melancholy", coined by psychologist Daniel Goleman.
"The age of melancholy" is how psychologist Daniel Goleman describes our era. People today experience more depression than previous generations, despite the technological wonders that help us every day. It might be because of them.
