Over $315,000 raised for flood victims through SMS

Vietnam's Ministry of Information and Communication raised over 5.7 billion dong for flood victims in the central region via mobile text messages. Vietnamnet reports.

Some people sent hundreds of messages each, worth several million dong to help flood victims.

The SMS month in support of flood victims lasted from October 10 to November 11.
