Who needs a key? IPhone app unlocks and starts car
California company Viper Start Tuesday will announce an iPhone application and car receiver that will enable users to lock, unlock and remotely start their car with the phone rather than the car's key fob. USA Today reports.
In their own words, the Viper SmartStart app can:
- Lock/arm
- Unlock/disarm
- Remote car starte
- Trunk release
- Panic or car finder
You can also control multiple vehicles and assign more than one user to control a vehicle.
