Twitter updates on Missing Air France Plane

While Le Monde and The New York Times headline and report the same updated statement about the missing Air France place, a search on Twitter for "Air France" shows newer updates.

Interesting, Topsy, a new Twitter search engine just written up by Venture Beat, which shows results based on popularity metrics, shows only news sources and not individual tweeters. The latter may have less followers than the traditional press, but they will break or point to the news first.
