Vodafone employee suspended for mocking man's name

The Northampton Chronicle reports on a Vodafone employee who was suspended after mocking a customer's surname. The gentleman's name was uh, Titman.

It's my family name and when I was at school, it's something I had to put up with. But when you are an adult you expect more mature behaviour.
