Japanese shrine blesses your gadgets

Newlaunches reports on a shrine in Japan that gives blessings to newly purchased gadgets.
"The devotee’s gadgets are blessed with a plaque designed to emulate a microchip. This plaque is supposedly capable to protect its user from any threat imaginable.
The priests at the centuries-old shrine are often called upon to perform purification rituals on computers, other electronic devices, and even new blogs! "
