Wireless industry takes on bird-slaughtering cell towers

PCIA_logo_sm.jpg Up to five million birds a year may die by crashing into cell phone towers at night. After a court order, the wireless industry has been meeting with the FCC to work out the least painful rules for making new transmitter towers avian friendly.
