Guardian Media Group Buys paidContent for $30 Million

The trailblazing blog PaidContent, specializing in coverage of the business of new media, and launched by Rafat Ali, will be acquired by the Guardian Media Group for $30 million.

Paid content's network includes includes PaidContent.org, mobile content coverage at MocoNews, coverage of India at ContentSutra, and PaidContent UK.
