Korea Files a Lawsuit Against Sony Ericsson and HTC for Patent Infringement

Telecoms Korea reports that "ETRI, Korea’s state-invested research center, filed a lawsuit for patent violation against Sony Ericsson, HTC and other global mobile handset makers, for Orthogonal Complex Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (OCQPSK), acquisition indication sense MA (AiSMA), and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying(QPSK).
