Nokia to open research center in Switzerland

Nokia said on Tuesday it would establish a research center in Lausanne, Switzerland, in collaboration with two Swiss federal institutes of technology.

The center, due to open in June, will focus on pervasive communications -- services and applications that use information from the user's surroundings or personal preferences.

Though there is nothing on his blog so far, my guess is Nicolas Nova will be part of this new venture - or definitely should be.
