February iPhone rumors point to Spain, Italy, Switzerland getting Apple iPhone

With Apple already having penetrated the European market in Germany, France, and the UK, it makes sense that Apple start casting a wider iPhone-net in Europe. [via intomobile]

Rumored country operators and launch dates:

-- Spain's Telefonica should be selling the iPhone and could be announced officially at Mobile World Congress in Spain later this month.

-- Italy’s Telecom Italia Mobile should be bringing the iPhone officially to Italy.

-- In Switzerland it's rumored Swisscom will be launching the iPhone February 29.
