BT tipped for gold in Olympic sponsorship race

BT is tipped to win the multi-million pound contract to manage communications for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Industry insiders say that the telecoms giant is the frontrunner for the contract. It was battling for the work against rivals including Orange, the French-owned operator.
