According to ZDNet's Russell Shaw, who heard it from a representative of the Mobile Marketing Association, Bill Clinton sent his very first text message on Tuesday, to wish his wife a happy 60th birthday. Preposterous! We're talking about Bill Clinton, not George W. Bush.
