Cell phone use may have been factor in crash
Another terrible tragedy involving teenagers texting while at the wheel. From The Associated Press.
"Text messages were sent back and forth on a 17-year-old girl's cell phone moments before her sport utility vehicle slammed head-on into a truck, killing her and four other recent high school graduates, police said Friday..
"... The records indicate her phone was in use," Sheriff Phil Povero said. "We will never be able to clearly state that she was the one doing the text messaging". "
