The AP to send breaking news straight to phones

MocoNews reports that the Associated Press is launching a mobile news service in Europe, which will offer news and photo services direct to mobiles.

"It will launch this quarter and be subscription-based, reports Tech.co.uk. Customers will download an application from Picsel and will select content from breaking news, sports, world news and entertainment."
