Pantech Handsets Cause Stress

According to Telecoms Korea, the majority of stresses that consumers experience while using a mobile phone are related to voice quality, and the company causing the most stressful experiences is Pantech.

"Marketing Insight asked 5,069 consumers about the stresses caused by poor quality of mobile communication from March to April.

The company causing least stress is Samsung Electronics, next is Motorola, followed by Pantech.

Specifically, consumers are afraid their mobile phones might not work on a trip or an emergency or might suddenly stop operating due to defects or rapid decline of battery power".
