Freedom Mail

The New York Times wrties up a free service called Freedom Mail which will make it possible to view and respond to messages sent to almost any e-mail account on a cellphone or other mobile device.

"The service, which he said would work with almost all cellphones that can connect to the Internet, will be supported by small advertisements appended to messages."
