Scissor Sisters text their fans to help global warming

scissor3.jpg The Scissor Sisters are to reward fans who sign up to their campaign to stop global warming by sending them “cool” text messages.

"The band who formed in 2001, whose style draws from disco, glam rock, pop and the gay-club scene of New York City, are backing charity Global Cool Foundation in its climate change fight, will deliver SMS information to those who sign up to the organisation’s ‘green’ text alerts."
