Twitter May Face Huge SMS Bills

Steve Rubel wonders if Twitter users faces massive SMS bills for all of the messages sent to users outside the US.

He writes: "Perhaps I am wrong. Maybe because they are US based our rules apply. If you're an expert in this area, please weigh in.

I don't know much about Twitter as I don't use it, only what I've read. What love to know the answer too.
