Norfolk Island finally embraces the cell phone

Five years ago the 1800 residents of the a tiny outpost (5km x 8km) in the Pacific Ocean between Australia and New Zealand, voted to keep mobile phones off the island, writes mad4Mobile Phones.

"But it appears most people on Norfolk Island have changed their mind and allowed the mobile revolution to take over."
