Nokia and Mastercard contactless payment program ad

Spotted on High Tech Lounge, an ad for Nokia and Mastercards' joint contactless payment program for cell phones, being tested in New York. This is first major run of the technology using mobile phones in the USA.

"The program is being tested by Citi MasterCard holders who receive a Nokia mobile phone equipped with the MasterCard PayPass payment function and with NFC technology.

By holding up their phone to a special card reader, what is oweed is automatically deducted from their account."
