Korean. 1 in 10 Minors Addicted to Cell Phones

More than 10 percent of Korean minors feel they are mobile phone addicts, according to a recent survey by The Ministry of Information and Communication on children and adolescents aged between nine and 19 years, reports The Korea Times.

"...Roughly one third of Korean students send more than 100 phone messages every day."
