Texas gets ready for cellphone ban while driving

A new law being proposed in Texas could make it a crime to use your cellphone while driving unless the phone is handsfree, says KBTV. Drivers would be just allowed to use a hand-held devices to call 911, an ambulance, or police and fire departments.
If the bill is passed drivers would receive a citation similar to a traffic ticket.
