"SMS 6260", the movie of the Indian e-generation
An Indian, called SMS 6260 and to be released on next February, will show a glimpse of the modern generation of Indian, used to call on cellphones and text message. Sundeep Malani, a journalist working for the Times of India, directs the movie. According to BusinessOfCinema, he said "SMS 6260 is about connecting friendship, about the new generation's culture of talking through SMS (Short Message Service), call centers, pubs and discos. It revolves around the lives of six friends and how they deal with misunderstandings that sprout through SMS Messages.
The movie "focuses on their campus life with fun and frolic and moves on to their professional life, taking a serious turn. I am planning to release the film on 14 February, Valentine's Day."
