French health ministry sends MMS warning to smokers
One month before the total ban of smoking in public places, French Ministry of Health starts a prevention campaign. According to the French daily Le Parisien (via 01net, in French), 70.900 smokers from 15- to 49-year-old have received a MMS inviting them to check the official public website Tabac Info Service. Phone data have been gathered from a marketing data reseller company.
