The curse of the (roaming) mobile phone

To do something about the prohibitively expensive international roaming charges, the eight operators of Conexus, Asia's largest alliance of mobile operators (including Japan's NTT DoCoMo), has pledged to lower tariffs for global roaming and is planning international data roaming packages. Yeah! [via Reuters]
