Samsung Under Legal Fire for Naming New Handset BlackJack

According to Telecoms Korea, Samsung Electronics' is under legal firefor naming a recent product BlackJack.

"Research In Motion, the maker of BlackBerry filed a lawsuit against the Korean cell phone maker in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Earlier, Samsung used the name Hero, the original brand name for Pantech MVNO phone launched through Helio for its products distributed in India. "
