SMS a Jukebox to play a song

Orange France has signed up to supply an SMS Jukebox function to its subscribers. The service lets mobile users in bars, restaurants or other establishments to choose and play songs by sending a text message to the jukebox, for the song to be played in seconds. [via The Red Ferret]

All the customer needs to do is send an SMS on his mobile phone with the selected song number, and it will be played at the location within seconds…The first phase will be conducted as a pilot in 20 sites in the heart of Paris, and following this stage we expect countrywide rollout to thousands of locations in France.
