Nokia partners with Stanford University

Nokia has established a research facility in Palo Alto and the company is also entering into a three-year collaborative effort with Stanford University, according to Tech Whack News.

"Stanford is located just two miles from the research facility and they would be participating in joint research by offering new project-oriented courses on mobile computing and services.

They would also be using their own campus as an experimental testing ground for the new technologies developed by the two groups."
