Man sues Motorola over wireless Bluetooth headsets
According to The Inquirer, a man from Calfornia is suing Motorola claiming the cell phone maker knew its wireless Bluetooth headsets could damage users' hearing and failed to warn customers.
"The Illinois cell phone maker had "actual and constructive knowledge" that its headsets "posed a serious risk of harm to consumers from noise-induced hearing loss during the headsets' normal and intended use," the suit alleges.
Alpert's lawyers are seeking class-action status for his suit."
