'Vigilante' phone nut cuts tyres

The People.co.uk reports that "a nut is slashing mororists' tyres - because he believes they have been using their mobile phones while driving.

The mystery "vigilante" leaves a sinister note on his victims' windscreens saying: "Warning. You have been seen driving while using your mobile phone."

So far twenty motorists have been targeted in and around Gosport, Hants."
