The Kiss Me Meter from Seju Engineering is a personal alcohol detector which you can use as a cell phone charm.

"It detects the specific gases from your teeth or stomach, and shows 5 levels of mouth smell in different colors of LED display." So not only does it let you know if you're in good enough shape to drive home, but also whether you're OK to be kissed.
