Cell phone hinge with built-in antenna
A Korean startup called Hings has built an antenna that fits in the hinge of a clamshell cell phone, reports Telecoms Korea. It has a dual purpose, enabling both the phone to fold and to capture signals.
A technical feat as "usually, folder hinges are inappropriate as an antenna because the copper housing blocks the signal."
