Phone Number sells in Qatar for $ 2.8 million

niknumbersmans.jpg According to The Register, via Smart Mobs, the world's most expensive phone number was auctioned for charity yesterday in Qatar.

The number, 666 6666, sold for £1.5m ($2.8m).
