China farmers to have $ 30 cell phones and $ 100 computers
The Chinese government is on the verge of developing a supply of $30 cell phones and $100 computers, to be distributed to rural farming areas, according to a story at People's Daily Online, reports Free Market News.
"The goal is not only to enable those farmers to connect with the rest of the country, but to "expand the demand for information products in rural regions and boost the development of the information industry."
