Europe overdoses on mobile

Western Europe has the highest mobile penetration rate with over 90% of the population owning phones, according to a new report.

In some countries the number of phones is now exceeding the number of inhabitants, says the new guide to the industry from Netsize, "Small Screens, Global Vision". The guide carries information on mobile in over 30 countries with over 100 mobile operators covering over one billion consumers.
